Frequently Asked Questions

Each month there is a posted calendar under the shop hours tab. This is posted hours for the shop.

Typically the shop is open 7:30am to 9:00am & 5:30pm to 7:00pm daily. You will be sure to see the shop open during these hours. There are days that we have extended shop hours in the mornings. Please feel free to call or text to see if we are open out side of these times. 563-221-1231

When you drive up to our farm, you will see the cows grazing in the pastures. Each cow has a name and she knows her name.

Once the cows are milked, the milk is poured through a filter and put in clean sterile glass jars. The milk is then placed in the refrigerator. All the cream will come to the top of the jars and you will see a "cream line" we sell all of our milk with the cream.

All of our ladies are tested and produce A2 milk. Our cows are on pasture year around which adds more nutrients and vitamins.

The milk in sold in 1/2 gallon or gallon glass jars. There is a $3.00 deposit or a jar exchange.

When jars are brought back for exchange, we require them to have labels removed and jars to be clean.
